How Protections Work

Protections are programs that exit with success or failure. Protections run in the context of another object: an Application, a Release Channel, a Service, a Service Instance, or a Runtime.

Protections are optionally injected as inputs to the Dynamic Delivery engine to control convergence lifecycles.
